Art and Craft Booth Vendor Application

  1. We must receive your completed application, payment and 3 portfolio images (can be uploaded below) for juried entry online or by mail. If not completing registration online: please send a check made payable to Burnet Merchants Association (BAM) to Burnet Art Festival c/o Creekside Townhomes, 103 N. Hill (Office), Burnet, Texas 78611.  The pdf version of the application is at the bottom of this page. 

  2. Vendor Application Fee due no later than August 20, 2019.
    Pricing is as follows: 

    $60.00: One 10’x20’    WITH Electricity—due to extreme limited electricity only 1 (110) plug                                                                         will be allowed per vendor – NO EXCEPTIONS!! This will be tagged & monitored.
    $50.00: One 10’x20’    WITHOUT Electricity

  3. You must furnish your own tents, tables, chairs, and weights. (No Stakes)

  4. Your booth must fit inside the area you have paid for. No Exceptions!

  5. Booth assignments will not be made until booth fee is paid. No REFUNDS once your payment has been processed. 

  6. I understand the Burnet Chamber of Commerce and Burnet Merchant Association Staff, volunteers, directors and officers or agents, are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment or merchandise or accident/injury to me or my staff and do hold harmless any of the above individuals or businesses for any and all liability. 

  7. I further acknowledge that it is the exhibitors’ responsibility to maintain all required licenses for sales tax as required by the State of Texas.
